Huntington Learning Center, founded in 1977, is the nation's oldest provider of supplemental education. The mission of Huntington Learning Center is to give every student the best education possible. We accomplish this through individualized instruction based on the results of each student's academic evaluation results.
SUMMARY: We have an opening for a part-time Administrator. In this key position, you will build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents and become proficient in all aspects of center operations. This job blends education and business and will prepare you for potential growth within our company.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Managing administrative tasks.
- Monitoring and maintaining daily center activity.
- Working closely with students: administering evaluations and assisting new students.
- Prepare parent conferences and student conferences
- Providing quality customer service at all times.
- Maintaining student and tutor schedules
- Performing general office duties (Data entry, billing, inventory, phone calls, etc.)
- Tutor students as needed

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong computer literacy with experience in data entry and clerical tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in office management or administrative roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with bookkeeping principles is advantageous.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail in proofreading documents.
- Demonstrated time management skills to meet deadlines efficiently.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer support capabilities. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about fostering a culture of continuous learning within an organization while providing essential administrative support.
