Vaden Automotive is seeking an experienced Express Service Advisor to join our service team in Hinesville. This position is ideal for a customer-focused automotive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional service experience.
We are looking for someone with prior automotive service advisor experience who can effectively assist customers with routine maintenance and repair needs while providing outstanding customer service throughout the service process. Experience with CDK and Xtime is strongly preferred.
What You'll Do:
- Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival
- Assist customers with routine maintenance and express service needs
- Write accurate repair orders and clearly communicate recommended maintenance services
- Provide updates throughout the service process and ensure a positive customer experience
- Coordinate with technicians and service management to maintain an efficient workflow
- Review completed services with customers and explain future maintenance recommendations
- Maintain accurate records and comply with dealership and manufacturer standards
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership or automotive service environment required
- Experience working in an express service lane preferred
- Working knowledge of CDK and Xtime strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple customers and repair orders while maintaining attention to detail
- Professional appearance and customer-first mindset
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet dealership employment requirements
