About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and precise CNC Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to manufacture high-quality components, ensuring our output meets rigorous standards while maintaining a safe and efficient workspace.
Responsibilities-
Operate and monitor CNC mills and lathes to produce precision parts according to technical specifications.

Ensure consistent quality by performing regular inspections using O.D. mics, calipers, and plug gauges.

Maintain equipment performance through routine upkeep and proactive troubleshooting.

Interpret complex blueprints and technical documentation to execute production tasks accurately.

Collaborate with cross-functional team members to optimize workflow and meet production deadlines.

Document production activities and maintain accurate records to support operational transparency.

Uphold safety protocols and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in the manufacturing environment.
Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a machining environment.

Proven ability to read and interpret detailed blueprints and technical drawings.

Proficiency with precision measurement tools including calipers and micrometers.

Strong mathematical aptitude for calculating dimensions and tolerances.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive manual tasks.

Demonstrated success working independently with minimal supervision.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Experience adapting to evolving production procedures and dynamic manufacturing requirements.
