Clinical Supervisor – ABA Services

As a Clinical Supervisor at Love 2 Learn Consulting LLC, you'll play a vital role in shaping individualized ABA programs that change lives—while mentoring Behavior Interventionists and supporting families every step of the way. What You’ll Do:
- Design and implement individualized ABA programs and goals
- Conduct assessments (e.g., ABLLS, AFLS, Vineland, FBA, DAY-C2)
- Provide 1:1 therapy and parent coaching as needed
- Supervise and support Behavior Interventionists and Parent Consultants (50% of your time)
- Set and track meaningful progress goals with caregivers
- Lead team meetings and conduct staff performance evaluations
- Maintain detailed records, session data, and reporting
- Collaborate with families, school staff, and internal teams
- Travel to client locations within Orange County (homes, schools, community)
Who You Are:
- Master’s Degree in Psychology, ABA, Special Education, or a related field
- BCBA certified or near completion of supervision hours
- Experienced or eager to grow in conducting assessments and leading teams
- Strong communicator and relationship-builder
- Organized, adaptable, and committed to ethical best practices
- Reliable transportation, valid insurance, background check, and TB clearance required
