Elite Fuels Transportation Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Dispatch Planning & Routing Specialist (HAZMAT Fuel Operations) to manage real-time fuel load planning and execution across a fast-paced distribution network. This role is critical in ensuring product availability, preventing inventory shortages, and optimizing fuel deliveries across customer sites and terminals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end dispatch planning across a full 12-hour operational shift, ensuring all loads are strategically planned and continuously updated
- Monitor customer inventory levels and anticipate supply risks to prevent service interruptions and stock shortages
- Coordinate customer communication to confirm delivery requirements, tank readings, and scheduling needs
- Execute real-time decision-making to adjust for disruptions such as delays, order changes, or route inefficiencies
- Maintain system integrity by accurately entering, updating, and auditing dispatch data across multiple operational platforms
- Oversee terminal coordination activities, including submission of loading requests and preparation of daily operational planning materials
- Collaborate with internal dispatch teams to ensure alignment across shifts and maintain operational continuity
- Escalate critical issues with clear analysis and proposed solutions while ensuring complete and accurate shift handoffs
Job Requirements and Experience Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or dispatch operations (fuel, bulk liquids, or time-sensitive freight strongly preferred)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills (critical for load planning and prioritization) with commitment to accurate inventory, orders, and load execution
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
- Proficiency with dispatch / routing / logistics software (Creative Energies, Samsara, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating drivers, terminals, and internal teams
- Familiarity with fuel inventory monitoring, rack scheduling, and demand forecasting
- Ability to interpret fuel inventory levels and delivery constraints
- Background in customer account coordination in fuel or energy supply chains
- Experience in structured dispatch control centers (multi-desk / 24-7 ops environments)
- Understanding of HAZMAT fuel transportation regulations and safety procedures
Schedule: Full-Time Position
4-day, 12-hour schedule (Wednesday–Saturday 0600–1800)

Final pay within the listed range will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
