The Direct Deeds Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients, title companies, lenders, and real estate professionals. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations and supporting the preparation and processing of real estate documents. The receptionist ensures clients receive prompt, professional assistance and helps maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients, visitors, and business partners in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and text inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings with clients and staff.
- Receive, organize, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and documents.
- Assist clients with completing intake forms and collecting required documentation.
- Prepare client files and maintain accurate electronic and physical records.
- Support the preparation, review, and tracking of deeds and other real estate documents.
- Coordinate with county recorder offices, title companies, attorneys, lenders, and other agencies as needed.
- Monitor document status and follow up with clients regarding missing information or next steps.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Maintain office supplies, reception area, and conference rooms in a clean and organized manner.
- Ensure confidentiality of client information and compliance with company policies.
- Perform general administrative duties and provide support to the management team.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Reception/Customer Service: 3 years (Required)
Language:
- Bilingual Spanish (Required)
