40 year old DFW Multifamily company is seeking a motivated HVAC Helper to join our growing team serving apartment communities throughout the DFW area.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the HVAC industry. The HVAC Helper will work alongside experienced technicians, assisting with service calls, maintenance, repairs, and installations while gaining valuable hands-on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist HVAC technicians with repairs, maintenance, and installations
- Transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites
- Help diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems under technician supervision
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Maintain professional interactions with property management teams and residents
Qualifications:
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- HVAC experience preferred but not required
- Valid Texas driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
