We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and visionary School Director to lead our growing school community.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: $60,000–$70,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the school while maintaining a safe, positive, and nurturing learning environment.
- Conduct campus tours for prospective families and guide them through the enrollment process.
- Develop and implement enrollment and retention strategies to support the school's continued growth.
- Build strong partnerships with families through excellent communication, parent education workshops, and community events.
- Ensure compliance with Texas Child Care Licensing regulations, health and safety requirements, and school policies.
- Recruit, hire, mentor, evaluate, and retain exceptional teachers and staff.
- Plan and facilitate teacher orientation, professional development, and ongoing teacher workshops.
- Support Montessori curriculum implementation and collaborate with teaching staff to maintain high educational standards.
- Monitor staffing, scheduling, and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with the Owner and leadership team on budgeting, strategic planning, accreditation, and continuous school improvement.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and mission-driven school culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Texas Child Care Director Credential (or eligible to obtain one).
- Minimum of 3–5 years of leadership experience in a preschool, Montessori, or private school setting.
- Strong knowledge of Texas Child Care Licensing and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated success in enrollment growth, family engagement, and staff leadership.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Montessori experience is highly preferred.
