The Opportunity
We're looking for an organized, detail-driven Production Coordinator to join our Production Department. In this role, you'll work closely with our Project Managers as the administrative backbone of every job — keeping permits, schedules, materials, job costs, invoicing, and warranty paperwork moving smoothly from start to finish. If you love keeping projects on track and take pride in getting the details right, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Obtain permits and maintain accurate compliance records for active projects.
- Schedule projects and inspections in coordination with Project Managers and municipal inspectors.
- Order materials and track job costs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Process invoicing and submit warranty applications to individual manufacturers.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support across the Production Department.
Who Fits
- 1–3 years of administrative, coordination, or office support experience; construction or home services background a plus.
- Highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines at once.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and learning new scheduling/production software.
- Clear communicator who works well with Project Managers, vendors, and manufacturers.
- Detail-oriented — permits, job costs, and invoices all need to be right the first time.
