Job Summary
The Assistant Studio Manager works closely with the Studio Manager to set the tone and model Perspire’s mission, vision, and values. As a key member of the leadership team, this role helps motivate and support team members, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure every guest leaves feeling better than when they arrived.
Assistant Studio Managers are responsible for assisting in four core studio functions:
- Team Management
- Member Management
- Inventory Management
- Facility Management

Responsibilities
Partner with the Studio Manager to implement daily SOPs, ensuring staff maintain consistency and meet expectations

Train, coach, and support Membership Sales Associates and Studio Assistants

Lead by example with a team-first attitude and positive studio culture

Act as a communication bridge between the Studio Manager and the team

Relay updates, protocol changes, new offerings, and upcoming events

Drive strong membership and package sales (measured by conversion % and sales charts)

Engage with guests and maintain high visibility on the studio floor

Resolve guest concerns and account issues with empathy and professionalism

Educate guests on the science and benefits of infrared sauna, chromotherapy, and Red Light therapy

Ensure front desk systems and studio operations are followed, including check-ins, calls, consent forms, tours, and Mindbody usage

Perform and document weekly/monthly inventory orders and facility inspections

Qualifications
- Prior team management experience required
2+ years of sales experience; 3+ years in customer service (wellness/spa/fitness preferred)

Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills

Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets

Calm and resourceful with strong problem-solving abilities

Flexible schedule with availability for evenings and weekends

Highly reliable, organized, and collaborative

Passionate about health and wellness

Mindbody Software experience is a plus
