Position: PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Schedule: As needed (PRN)

Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12-hour overnight shifts)

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Monitor residents' health status and report changes to the RN or physician.

Provide compassionate nursing care while promoting resident comfort and dignity.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies.

Collaborate with caregivers, healthcare providers, residents, and families to ensure quality care.

Follow all state regulations and facility policies and procedures.

Current, active LPN license in good standing.

CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).

Previous long-term care, assisted living, or senior care experience preferred but not required.

Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.

Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a team.
