SAFETY & HEALTH CONSULTANTS

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Lead Safety Trainings: Deliver engaging OSHA awareness sessions and specialty courses, such as First Aid/CPR and OSHA Outreach trainings.
Conduct Onsite Evaluations: Perform safety inspections and hazard assessments, providing actionable recommendations to improve workplace safety.
Collaborate with Clients: Support development of safety programs and best practices.
Travel: Visit client sites as needed, including occasional overnight travel.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Language Skills: Ability to confidently deliver training in English or Spanish.
Experience: 5+ years delivering occupational safety training (construction and/or general industry).
Communication: Strong presentation and client-facing skills.
Professional Background: Experience working independently or managing safety programs.
HOW THIS ROLE IS STRUCTURED:
Contractors partner with us as independent businesses (LLC or similar entity). This is not a full-time position.
Work is project-based and varies based on client demand.
You’ll have flexibility to accept assignments based on your availability.
