Job Description: Front Desk Manager
Location: Embassy Suites by Hilton Denver International Airport Reports To: General Manager.
Role Overview
The Front Desk Manager is the heartbeat of our guest experience. As a key leader at the Embassy Suites Denver International Airport, you will oversee all Front Office operations, ensuring that our guests receive the high-touch, personalized service that defines our brand. You will lead, mentor, and inspire a team of front desk agents, night auditors, and guest service professionals, maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence in a high-volume airport environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team of Front Office staff. Foster a culture of accountability, enthusiasm, and career growth, ensuring all team members are proficient in Hilton’s service standards.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain rigorous control over room inventory, billing, and front desk financial procedures. Ensure seamless check-in and check-out experiences for all guests, including elite loyalty members.
- Guest Experience Management: Proactively resolve guest challenges with empathy and professionalism. Utilize feedback platforms to monitor service levels and implement corrective actions that drive consistent, positive guest experiences.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Partner closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, and Sales departments to ensure operational success. Serve as a primary point of contact for complex guest requirements and shuttle logistics.
- Financial Stewardship: Monitor labor costs, manage department scheduling, and ensure accurate reporting for daily room revenue and occupancy metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in hotel operations, with at least 3 years in a management or supervisory role within a full-service hotel.
- Systems Knowledge: Proficiency in Hilton property management systems (OnQ) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Hospitality Mindset: A deep understanding of the guest journey, with a proven track record of handling high-pressure situations with poise.
- Leadership Presence: Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams, conduct performance reviews, and drive organizational culture.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
