Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans
- Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Provide parent and caregiver training
- Monitor client progress through data analysis and treatment modifications
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance with BACB and payer requirements
- Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary professionals to achieve meaningful client outcomes
Qualifications
Required
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience supervising RBTs
- Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
