Job Overview
We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Rep to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales and customer service skills, with a focus on supporting daily office operations.
Position: Full Time
Training starts at $17, unless prior experience in customer service
Shifts : 10am-5pm or 12pm - 7pm
Looking for Full Time : (5 days a week)
This position includes a 60–90 day training period. After completing training, you’ll receive a pay increase and start progressing toward a management position.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations
- Operate phone calls and take messages
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to documents
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Assist with management and store
- Provide customer support
- Support bookkeeping tasks as needed, including invoicing
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish / Creole)
- Strong computer skills are essential,
- Excellent organizational skills
