Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care.
- Maintain the highest standards of sanitation and sterilization in accordance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients.
- Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable nail treatments and products based on individual needs.
- Upsell retail products by demonstrating their benefits during service to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in nail design, techniques, and industry innovations through ongoing education.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere by delivering outstanding guest services and building lasting client relationships.
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of nail care techniques including shaping, polishing, cuticle care, and advanced treatments like hard gel, poly gel, Gel X application or acrylics. As well as deisgns.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain procedures and product recommendations to clients.
- Ability to maintain strict sanitation standards ensuring safety and compliance with health regulations.
- Experience with additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, or makeup application is a plus.
