Job Description:
We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated RNs to join our growing team of home health professionals. As a nurse with Guardian Angel, you’ll enjoy a rewarding environment with flexibility, autonomy, and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care in the patient’s home.
- Complete assessments and develop care plans in coordination with the clinical team.
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to physicians and case managers.
- Educate patients and families on care plans and disease management.
- Document all visits and care following agency policies and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
- RN license (California, active and in good standing)
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Previous home health experience (Preferred)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Able to work independently in the field
