Automotive Service Advisor Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a professional, friendly service experience
- Accurately assess customer vehicle concerns and document service needs
- Prepare estimates, and communicate recommended services
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate vehicle repairs
- Provide consistent follow-up with customers regarding repair status
- Upsell additional services and maintenance when appropriate
- Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards
Automotive Service Advisor Qualifications:
- Required: Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, repairs, and maintenance services
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, team-oriented, and professional attitude
- Proficiency with shop management software (preferred)
