Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dependable aluminum Fabrication MIG Welder to join our small, dedicated team focused on building high-quality aluminum docks, ramps, and related accessories. This self-managed role involves both standard and custom fabrication projects, including maintenance and repairs, with an emphasis on precision and craftsmanship.
Responsibilities
- MIG weld aluminum docks, gangways, and accessories
- Fabricate parts from blueprints, drawings, and measurements
- Cut, fit, assemble, and finish aluminum components
- Operate shop equipment such as saws, drills, grinders, and other tools
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
- Experience with aluminum MIG welding
- Strong measurement and layout skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Reliable, motivated, and dependable
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of welding and fabrication experience
