We are seeking a dynamic Permanent Outside Sales/ Account Manager to join our team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious professional who is excited about leading sales initiatives, driving revenue growth, and building long-lasting relationships with clients. You will be responsible for managing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities:

Manage and grow existing customer accounts in the HVAC industry.

Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities by cultivating and maintaining mutually beneficial business relationships with current and potential clients.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area or market segment.

Meet and exceed annual sales targets.

Collaborate with the sales team to secure, retain, and grow accounts.

Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in the HVAC industry.

Ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.

Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, CRM software, and sales performance tracking tools.
