Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and structural alignment using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
- Conduct auto painting using airless paint spraying techniques to achieve smooth, high-quality finishes.
- Repair or replace auto glass and perform detailing to restore vehicles to showroom condition.
- Use MIG welding, soldering, and fabrication skills to repair sheet metal and restore vehicle frames.
- Assist with auto restoration projects by fabricating parts, performing assembly tasks, and ensuring precise fitment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety standards during heavy lifting and equipment operation.
- Collaborate with team members on estimating repairs and providing excellent customer service by explaining repair processes clearly.
Qualifications
- Proven dealership experience or extensive background in auto body repair is highly preferred.
- Skilled in MIG welding, soldering, fabrication, and the use of hand tools and power tools.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive repair, auto painting, auto glass replacement, and vehicle maintenance.
- Familiarity with auto estimating software and customer service principles is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of auto restoration techniques, sheet metal work, airless paint spraying, and automotive repair processes.

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
