We are hiring Road Construction Laborers for immediate full-time work!
Position Details:

Pay: $22–$24 per hour (DOE)
- Schedule: Full-time, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Consistent work with overtime opportunities depending on project needs
Responsibilities:

Assist with road construction and site preparation
- Shoveling, grading, and general labor tasks
- Set up cones, barricades, and jobsite safety zones
- Operate hand tools and support equipment operators
- Load and unload materials and supplies
- Follow all safety regulations and crew instructions
Requirements:

Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
- Construction or road crew experience preferred but not required
