Apartment Maintenance Technician

Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, skilled apartment maintenance technician to join our property management team. This role is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of our apartments, storage units and mobile home communities, ensuring units and common areas are safe, functional, and well-maintained.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances
- Complete unit turnovers, including basic carpentry, painting, and drywall
- Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests
- Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections
- Maintain accurate work order records
- Follow safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in apartment or residential maintenance preferred
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- EPA certification a plus (not required)
