NOW HIRING: 2ND SHIFT WAREHOUSE LEAD
$500 SIGN-ON BONUS
Supreme Cuisine is seeking an experienced and motivated 2nd Shift Warehouse Lead to join our growing team. This position is responsible for leading warehouse operations, supporting employees, maintaining inventory accuracy, and safely operating stand-up reach trucks in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
- Monday – Friday
- 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- Overtime Available as Needed
The Warehouse Lead will assist with overseeing daily warehouse activities while ensuring safety, productivity, inventory accuracy, and employee performance standards are met. The ideal candidate will have previous leadership experience and strong stand-up reach truck skills.
- Lead and support warehouse team members during daily operations
- Safely operate stand-up reach trucks and warehouse equipment
- Coordinate receiving, shipping, storage, and inventory activities
- Train and coach employees on safety and operational procedures
- Monitor productivity and workflow throughout the shift
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counting
- Ensure GMP, food safety, and company policies are followed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate operational concerns and opportunities for improvement to management
- Minimum 2 years of stand-up reach truck experience required
- Previous warehouse lead, supervisor, or leadership experience preferred
- Experience in food manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse operations preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
- Dependable attendance and work ethic
- Cold Storage and Dry Warehouse Areas
- Refrigerated Cooler Environment
- Fast-Paced Warehouse Operations
- Frequent Equipment Operation
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
- Safely operate warehouse equipment
- Work in cooler and warehouse environments
