The Role Executing our Brunch menu, driving consistency, managing prep, and being the person we count on. Over time, you'll have real input on seasonal specials and menu direction. It's a chance to plant yourself in a community business that people genuinely love and build something with us.
What You'll Do
- Breakfast and lunch service (café menu: french omletes, sandwiches, toasts, french toast, pancakes, salads, soups, seasonal specials)
- Own kitchen prep, organization, and opening/closing standards
- Manage food inventory, ordering, and waste reduction
You're a Great Fit If You:
- Have 2+ years of kitchen experience, including inventory responsibility
- Run a clean, organized station and hold yourself to a high standard
- Are dependable — your team and your guests count on you showing up ready
- Want to be part of something, not just clock in and out
- Have a genuine interest in food that fits our aesthetic: seasonal, approachable, made with care
