About Us:
Realign Spine is a growing chiropractic and pain recovery clinic led by Dr. Shaub, who has nearly 30 years of experience helping patients across New York. We provide chiropractic care and supportive therapies in a professional, welcoming environment, and we’re looking for someone dependable, warm, and highly responsive to join our team.
The Role:
This is not a quiet, sit-and-wait front desk position. You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients by phone, text, message, and in person. A major part of this role is responding quickly to inquiries, booking appointments, following up with patients, and helping keep the schedule full and organized.
You’ll also support day-to-day front desk operations and help create a positive experience for every patient who walks through the door.
We provide bilingual scripts and clear protocols, so you’ll have guidance and structure. What we need from you is strong communication, speed, warmth, organization, and the ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks at once.
What You’ll Do:
- Respond to patient inquiries by phone, text, and messaging platforms in both English and Spanish
- Book, confirm, and follow up on patient appointments throughout the day
- Greet patients in person and create a welcoming clinic environment
- Manage scheduling and update patient records accurately
- Send appointment reminders, handle follow-ups, and support re-engagement outreach
- Coordinate scheduling for specialty program patients
- Support day-to-day front desk and administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and keeping the reception area organized
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills required in both languages
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of patient communication
- Warm, positive, and professional with patients in person and over the phone
- Organized and able to manage a busy appointment calendar
- Comfortable using phones, texting, and messaging platforms throughout the day
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling software
- Prior experience in a medical, dental, chiropractic, front desk, call center, or high-volume customer service role is a plus
- Comfortable following scripts and systems while still sounding natural and personable

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
