Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Chiropractic Assistant in Midlothian!
We are looking for an, energetic, efficient, and friendly receptionist/assistant. This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to make a positive impact on patients’ health journeys. You will play a vital part in creating a welcoming environment, assisting with patient therapies, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. You MUST be proficient in Word and other computer related tasks or you won't make it past the training. If you’re passionate about health, are task-oriented, take initiative, and don't get stressed easily this opportunity is for you! If you have anxiety and have trouble focusing, this job is NOT for you. It's helpful if you speak Spanish, but not required!
Hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday until 6PM, Fridays until 12:15PM. Possible Tuesday mornings ot be added later.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and assist with their check-in and intake process to ensure a comfortable experience
- Front desk management and patient scheduling, include phone calls
- Verifying insurance benefits online
- Maintain clear communication with patients regarding procedures, instructions, and follow-up care
- Present plans of care and run therapies on patients according to charts
Experience
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse patients and team members
- Ability to perform intake procedures efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Previous experience as a Chiropractic Assistant or a background in Sales is a plus but not required—training will be provided for motivated candidate but you must be extremely proficient in computer skills (this will be checked for during the interview or training process)

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
