Our goal is to share some Midwestern Aloha in Wisconsin by using Hawaii based products to create Hawaii classics. Must be 18 years or older for this job as you will be working with a shave ice machine.
Responsibilities: - Greet customers in a friendly and efficient manner - Take customer orders and provide menu recommendations - promote daily specials - Enter orders accurately into the POS system - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register - Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and assist with bussing tables - prepare food to high quality standards - Make drinks, shave ice, and scoop ice cream, wash dishes, mop, vacuum, general cleaning - Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or inquiries Requirements: - Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred - Basic math skills for cash handling and making change - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team - Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
