The purpose of this position is to support production manufacturing through root cause analysis and implementation of machine repair countermeasures and recovery. This role will be focused on the new IPM Department. The Machine Technical Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of machinery to meet production goals and quality standards. This role aims to improve manufacturing proficiency levels to meet plant goals and objectives. You will collaborate with other teams to ensure the efficient and reliable functioning of machinery, improving overall productivity and operational excellence.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Knowledge of CNC and PLC systems and programming
- Knowledge of Robots
- Demonstrated Casting, Machining or Assembly knowledge
- Machines, valves, and vacuum systems knowledge
- Knowledge of processes in Casting, Machining or Assembly
- Ability to promote and carry out the Hitachi philosophy
- Proven ability to make sound business decisions, exercises good judgement and be highly motivated
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
