Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Clinic to support a primary care setting serving a university student population. The RN will serve as a primary point of contact for students enrolling in virtual primary care, assist with registration and enrollment, perform clinical assessments, provide patient education, and support virtual care visits.
The ideal candidate will have strong primary care or health services experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in primary care and/or health services
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Strong clinical assessment and patient-care skills
- Experience obtaining and documenting vital signs
- Experience reviewing and verifying medication lists
- Strong patient communication and education skills
- Ability to accurately document patient information
- Comfortable supporting patients with virtual healthcare technology
- Experience with Point-of-Care (POC) testing preferred
- Must be comfortable working with a student population
- Must be able to complete required client compliance and submission documentation
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for students seeking enrollment in virtual primary care
- Guide patients through the registration and enrollment process
- Accurately collect and document demographic, insurance, and contact information
- Promote primary care enrollment and educate students on the benefits of establishing an ongoing relationship with a primary care provider
- Obtain and document vital signs, including:
- Blood pressure
- Heart rate
- Temperature
- Oxygen saturation
- Respiratory rate
- Collect and document comprehensive patient histories
- Verify medication lists, prescriptions, over-the-counter products, vitamins, and supplements
- Assist patients with connecting to virtual visit platforms
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot basic virtual-care technology issues
- Perform Point-of-Care (POC) testing as required
- Communicate relevant clinical information to the appropriate healthcare providers
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Support continuity of care and patient engagement
- Provide patient education regarding primary care services and ongoing health management
- Maintain confidentiality and follow all applicable clinical, safety, and organizational policies
Pay: $2,400.00 - $2,700.00 per week
Experience:
