What You'll Do:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Work 1:1 with clients to teach social, communication, and daily living skills
- Collect data on programs and behaviors
- Collaborate with a team of caring professionals in a supportive, high-energy setting
- Bring creativity and enthusiasm to each session to make learning fun!
What We're Looking For:
- Individuals currently in a BCBA Masters program highly encouraged to apply!
- Current RBT and/or Washington CBT
- Passion for working with children and helping others
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A sense of humor and a love of fun—we celebrate every win, big or small!
- Reliable, flexible, and positive attitude
