We are looking for a Lead Nurse Practioner with Advanced experience to join our growing team in our Winter Haven location. If you are passionate about aesthetics, love helping clients look and feel their best, and have a background in injectables with exceptional patient care skills, then this is the team for you. Looking for an injector to perform various aesthetic and skin rejuvenation treatments, weight loss, IV experience. A background in HRT is a plus. To be considered you must be licensed and certified in all aesthetics, skilled, outgoing and enjoy building relationships with patients, work well as a team.
Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultations with clients to assess their aesthetic needs and develop personal treatment plans
- Perform a variety of non-surgical aesthetic treatments, including but not limited to neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic modalities.
- Stay up to date with the latest aesthetic trends, techniques, and products.
- Provide pre-and post treatment education and support to clients
- Ensure the cleanliness and sterilization of treatment rooms and equipment
- Uphold the highest standards of patient safety and confidentiality
- Excellent customer service and consultative skills
- Must be a team player, someone who is willing to go the extra mile for your clients and team
- Comply with protocols and policies
