Schedule: Full-Time (40 hrs/week) Mon-Fri 6:30am - 3:30pm

Cleaners of America is seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Cleaning Supervisor to support our construction cleaning operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction cleaning and maintenance work.
- Demonstrate high attention to detail.
- Communicate work status and changes to COA management.
- Support with planning and people management.
- Supervise a team of up to 8 cleaning techs.
- Maintain good client relationship.
- Submit daily work report to project management.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
Requirements
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift 25+ lbs and perform physical labor.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning tools and equipment.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of the team.
- Valid driver's license (preferred).
