All Pitango employees begin in a scooper position and work their way up through showing improved performance.
As a scooper you have a wide range of responsibilities that coincide with that of a shift leader/supervisor.
Coffee experience is not required; we will train the right person.
As a growing company, we can offer a variety of opportunities for advancement.
Starting pay is reliably $15/hour plus cash and CC tips.
Scooper Responsibilities include but not limited to:
-Serving customers cups of gelato and sorbet, iced beverages, and pastries.
-Having extensive product knowledge as well as customer service skills.
-Using point of sales software and cash register. (Square)
-Maintaining cleanliness of store.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
