BANNING: FULL-TIME - 3–6 Month Contract
- Monday–Friday schedule | 8am–5pm
- Ages 13+ patient population
- Average 16–18 patients per day

REDLANDS : FULL-TIME - 3 Month Contract
- Age Range: 18+
- Monday - Friday; 8a-5p (with 1 hour lunch)
- 16 pts per day avg
- EPIC Hyperdrive
MORENO VALLEY, CA: FULL-TIME - 12-MONTH CONTRACT
- Monday–Friday | 8am–5pm
- Adult patient population (18+)
- Average of 16 patients per day
- EPIC/ARAGON EMR
- 1-2 weeks of Orientation
RIALTO, CA - FULL-TIME - 3-6 MONTH CONTRACT
- Age Range: All Ages
- Monday - Friday; 8a-5p
- 18-22 pts per day avg
- EPIC EMR
HUNTINGTON PARK, CA - FULL-TIME - 4 MONTH CONTRACT
- Age Range: 18+ ( 80% geriatric - 20% commercial)
- Monday - Friday; 8a-5p
- 18 pts per day avg

SAN BERNARDINO, CA - FULL - TIME - 3-6 MONTH CONTRACT
- Age Range: All ages
- Monday - Friday; 8a-5p
- 18-22 pts per day avg
- EPIC EMR
REQUIREMENTS:
- ACTIVE and CLEAR CA Medical License
- MUST BE Board Certified
- 1 year of Outpatient clinic experience
- Must have a CA license and current DEA with no restrictions.
