This is a field-based sales position that includes door-to-door outreach. Every day you'll meet homeowners, build relationships, identify opportunities, and represent a company that's built on quality, integrity, and exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do
- Connect with homeowners through door-to-door outreach
- Introduce Champion's roofing, siding, gutter, and window solutions
- Build relationships and identify customer needs
- Generate qualified opportunities for our senior sales team
- Represent Champion professionally in the community
- Learn through hands-on coaching and real-world experience
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for people who are:

- Confident working in a field-based, door-to-door environment
- Reliable, accountable, and ready to learn
Relevant experience is preferred, especially in sales, canvassing, lead generation, appointment setting, construction, roofing, home improvement, field marketing, or other customer-facing, performance-driven roles.
