Job Description
- Operate heavy equipment (haul truck, skid steer) in a stone quarry atmosphere to maximize productivity and minimize wear and tear
- Perform manual labor in outdoors and all-weather conditions
- Conduct all pre and post shift inspections and maintenance on equipment and working environment
- Ensures compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
Skills Education:
- Prefer high school diploma or general education (GED)
- prefer two-three years of heavy equipment experience
- open pit mining operations and aggregate products experience is a plus
- MSHA training a plus
