Auto Gallery Spa & Repair is looking for experienced, motivated Auto Detailers with an owner mentality who want the opportunity to control their income and grow with an established automotive facility.
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with different revenue splits based on where the work is performed:
YOUR COMMISSION
IN-SHOP DETAILING: 40%
Earn 40% of the approved revenue from detailing jobs completed inside our facility.
MOBILE DETAILING: 50%
Earn 50% of the approved revenue from detailing jobs completed as mobile services at the customer’s location.
6,000+ SQ. FT. AUTOMOTIVE FACILITY
You’ll have the opportunity to work inside our 6,000+ square-foot automotive facility, giving you a professional environment to perform detailing services.
You can work on customer vehicles inside the shop while taking advantage of the professional environment and customer opportunities generated through Auto Gallery Spa & Repair.
MOBILE DETAILING OPPORTUNITIES
Some detailing jobs may be performed at the customer’s location.
Mobile jobs offer a higher 50% revenue split, giving detailers an opportunity to increase their earning potential while providing convenient service to customers.
OWNER MENTALITY REQUIRED
We’re not looking for someone who simply wants to clock in, clean cars, and go home.
We’re looking for someone who thinks like an owner.

Your earning potential increases as your production, efficiency, sales ability, and customer service improve.
SALES MATTER
A great detailer doesn’t just clean vehicles — they recognize opportunities.
If you identify legitimate additional services a customer’s vehicle needs, you should be comfortable explaining the value and recommending those services.
Examples may include:
- Pet-hair removal
- Heavy stain treatment
- Odor treatment
- Carpet extraction
- Leather conditioning
- Paint correction
- Ceramic coating
- Additional interior or exterior services
More value for the customer = More revenue opportunity for you.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING
As a 1099 independent contractor, you should have professional detailing experience and be prepared to provide the tools and equipment necessary for the services you perform.
