Luxury Property Maintenance Technician and/or CPO-Certified Pool Repair Technician

Coastal Retreats is a boutique luxury vacation rental management company specializing in large, high-end homes in Miramar Beach, FL. We manage some of the most impressive properties on the Emerald Coast and pride ourselves on delivering a true 5-star guest experience.
We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented Property Maintenance Technician and/or a highly capable CPO-certified pool repair technician who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a tight-knit, high-performing team.
This is not a basic handyman or pool-cleaning position. We operate at a high level and expect precision, professionalism, technical expertise, and proactive problem-solving.
What You’ll Do
Depending on your experience and skill set, responsibilities may include:
- Perform drywall repair, caulking, painting, and finish work
- Replace tile and vinyl flooring
- Handle minor plumbing and electrical repairs
- Troubleshoot and complete general property repairs
- Occasionally conduct detailed property inspections after cleanings
- Identify and address issues before they impact the guest experience
- Maintain and care for large luxury homes across our portfolio
- HVAC and appliance troubleshooting and repair is a strong plus
- Diagnose pool and spa equipment issues, including pumps, heaters, filters, automation systems, and related components
- Troubleshoot and complete pool and spa equipment repairs
- Maintain proper pool and spa water chemistry and identify issues before they become larger problems
- Assist with preventative maintenance across our pool and spa portfolio
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in property maintenance, appliance repair, skilled trades, or pool and spa equipment repair
- CPO certification is highly preferred for candidates specializing in pools and spas
- Strong pool equipment diagnostic and repair experience is highly valued

We are open to hiring an exceptional all-around property maintenance technician or a highly capable CPO-certified pool repair technician with strong equipment troubleshooting and repair experience.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: Starting at $56,000+ based on experience and technical skill set
- $4,000 Annual Performance Bonus
- Salary reassessment after 6 months based on performance
