Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality general dentistry
- Lead and collaborate with a strong clinical team
- Maintain high standards of ethical, patient-centered care
- Participate in practice growth and mentorship of clinical team members
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Florida dental license (or eligibility)
- 7–12+ years of clinical experience preferred
- Interest in ownership, leadership, and long-term growth
- Strong communication and patient relationship skills
