JBK Landscape is currently seeking an experienced Enhancement Project Foreman to lead landscape installation and property enhancement projects in the field. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking professional with strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in high-end residential landscaping and landscape construction.
This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys leading crews, and wants to grow with a professional landscaping company.
Pay
$24–$28 per hour DOE (Depending on Experience and Qualifications )
Responsibilities

Lead and manage enhancement and installation projects from start to finish

Supervise and work alongside field crews to ensure quality and efficiency

Operate landscaping and construction equipment safely and effectively
-
Coordinate project materials, equipment, and daily job site activities
-
Install plant materials, irrigation components, and landscape enhancements
-
Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment
-
Ensure projects are completed according to company standards and timelines
Qualifications & Experience

Valid Driver’s License required

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a lead installation foreman in:
-
High-end residential landscaping
-
Landscape construction
-
Property enhancement projects
-
Ability to lift 50–80 pounds regularly
-
Experience operating heavy equipment including:
-
Skid loaders
-
Rototillers
-
Trenchers
-
Trucks with utility trailers
-
Strong understanding of plant materials and proper installation techniques

Irrigation knowledge is a plus
-
Pesticide Applicator License is a plus
-
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
