What You’ll Do
Review field measurements & notes of the upcoming projects. Communicate with the sales staff, estimator & scheduling dept.
Confirm deliveries and installation schedules
Manage and communicate with subcontractor install crews
Visit each job site each day.
Ensure the installers have everything that they need to complete their job.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during installation
Proactively solve problems and prevent delays
Ensure projects are completed on time and to company quality standards
Walk through jobs with customers to ensure satisfaction.
You’ll own your projects from post-sale handoff through final completion.

✔ Highly organized and detail-oriented
✔ Strong communication skills — comfortable with homeowners and trades
Able to perform simple punch list items/repairs
✔ Able to manage multiple projects at once
✔ Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented
✔ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (will use company vehicle while on job)
Floor covering experience a must
Able to text and email as needed
Experience coordinating subcontractors
