Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly with genuine hospitality and guide them through the menu options.
- Take accurate orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems, ensuring all details are captured perfectly.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with precision, including basic math calculations for bills and change.
- Maintain food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling, sanitation, and hygiene protocols.
- Assist in setting up catering orders or banquet events, ensuring timely delivery and excellent service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate order flow during peak hours and resolve any guest concerns efficiently.
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining, nightlife venues, or banquet settings.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency in order processing.
- Strong time management skills to handle fast-paced environments while maintaining quality service.
- Experience in serving at nightclubs or catering events is a plus, demonstrating versatility across different hospitality settings.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures to ensure guest safety at all times.
- Ability to perform retail math accurately for cash handling and sales transactions.
