American Traveler is seeking an experienced L&D RN for a night shift travel contract at a short-term acute care facility in Newberg, OR, with Epic experience required and first-time travelers welcome.

Labor & Delivery unit at a 60-bed short-term acute care hospital designated as a Level IV Trauma Center
-
Patient ratios of 1:1 for laboring patients and 3:1 for postpartum

Charting in Epic (experience required)
-
Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
-
Every other weekend required
-
Floating between units and across facilities within the state is expected
-
Occasional low-census on-call required
-
Active OR RN license required
-
Current NRP certification required
-
BLS certification required
-
Minimum 1 year of L&D experience required
-
Epic EMR experience required
-
Circulator experience preferred
-
Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting

Full SSN and DOB required for consideration

First-time travelers with at least 1 year of L&D experience are welcome to apply

Former permanent staff of this health system must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler, and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility

Candidates with prior work history at any Providence facility (permanent, travel, or per-diem) should be prepared to disclose the location(s) and dates worked

Scrubs of any color are acceptable

No parking fees at this facility
