POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Recruiter is primarily responsible for helping to identify skilled and qualified applicants and for ensuring that openings are filled in a timely manner and in accordance with all state, federal, and agency guidelines. The Recruiter represents BFAIR in the community and continuously cultivates and maintains good relationships with local schools, competitive and non-competitive employers, and other key organizations. Responsible for all aspects of the hiring process.
QUALIFICATIONS: Associate Degree required Bachelor's Degree and HR Certification preferred or high school diploma or GED and 6 years of related experience may be substituted. Must have excellent communication skills, ability to multitask, detailed orientated and be able to problem solve. Ability to complete all initial and ongoing background checks including but not limited to: CORI, SORI, Fingerprinting, LEIE, Driving record, E-verify, Physical, PPD and licensing and/or certification checks (i.e., nursing). Valid US driver’s license and ready access to a vehicle.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
