Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) – Functional & Integrative Medicine

Full-Time | 32-36 Hours per Week
Aspire Wellness PC is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and highly skilled Certified Medical Assistant to join our growing functional and regenerative medicine practice.
We are looking for a team member who is passionate about wellness, enjoys developing meaningful relationships with patients, and possesses excellent phlebotomy skills. This position plays an essential role in delivering an exceptional patient experience while supporting our providers in a fast-paced, wellness-focused environment.
What You'll Do
- Perform venipuncture/lab draws and specimen collection with confidence and accuracy.
- Process laboratory specimens and maintain quality standards.
- Prepare patients for appointments and assist providers during examinations and procedures.
- Room patients, obtain vital signs, and perform wellness services.
- Prepare and organize the chart for upcoming patient visits.
- Administer wellness services according to clinic protocols and training.
- Assist with regenerative medicine procedures and in-office treatments.
- Maintain exam rooms, inventory, and clinical supplies.
- Cross-train to assist with front desk responsibilities, scheduling, patient communications, and administrative tasks as needed.
- Help create a welcoming, organized, and efficient patient experience.
Qualifications
- Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential required.
- Extensive phlebotomy experience is required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in venipuncture with excellent patient interaction.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Passion for functional, integrative, preventive, and regenerative medicine.
Preferred
- Experience in functional medicine, wellness clinics, concierge medicine, or primary care.
- Experience assisting with IV therapy, regenerative medicine, aesthetics, or specialty procedures.
Working Interview
Candidates selected for a final interview will participate in a working interview that includes a demonstration of phlebotomy skills. We are committed to providing our patients with the highest standard of care and technical excellence.
