Responsibilities:
- Prepare sales invoices for customers.
- Research and identify correct parts needed with information provided by Technicians/Mechanics.
- Supply shop mechanics with parts.
- Receive incoming parts deliveries.
- Greet our customers and our staff in a professional manner.
- Able to use a computer and use our service applications (training will be provided if needed).
- Develop the skills necessary to complete tasks successfully without supervision.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Automotive Service experience.
- Experience looking up parts, prices and schematics in the automotive industry is preferred.
- Strong written, organizational and verbal communication skills.
- Active driver's license & clean driving record.
- Strong focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Fluent in English.

- $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
