Responsibilities:
- Track progress toward strategic objectives and flag potential risks using a balanced scorecard approach
- Maintain a strategic tracking system to monitor initiative performance over time
- Provide senior leadership with clear visibility into progress to support prioritization and decision-making
- Partner with senior leadership to develop business unit-specific strategies
- Build and maintain complex financial and operational models to support strategic planning
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate insights on profitability, growth, and productivity
- Translate analysis into cohesive narratives, identifying next steps and implementation plans
- Contribute to the development and publication of formal annual business plans
- Conduct research and analysis in support of enterprise-level strategic initiatives
- Evaluate data quality, including accuracy, completeness, and organization, to support sound decision-making
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively across all levels of management
- Support and coach less experienced team members within the strategy function
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business required
- 7+ years of experience in data/analytics, strategy consulting, or related business roles
- Strong quantitative background with the ability to build complex financial and operational models
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to build credibility across the organization
- Solid understanding of corporate finance concepts, including cash flow, capital investment, ROI, and payback
- Comfortable developing and presenting polished PowerPoint presentations
- Ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously and meet project deadlines
