PAY RATES BY POSITION
- Machinist: $23.34 / hour (Higher starting pay available based on experience)
- Expediter (Shipping Dept.): $20.30 / hour
- Shipper: $20.30 / hour
- Assembly: $19.83 / hour
OPEN POSITIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Machinist
- Operate, set up, and maintain manufacturing machinery to produce precision parts.
- Inspect finished components for quality and accuracy using measuring tools.
- Pay starts at $23.34/hr, with higher rates offered for candidates with advanced experience.
Expediter (Shipping Department)
- Coordinate and track materials moving through the shipping department to ensure timely departures.
- Maintain clear communication between production and shipping teams to keep workflow on schedule.
- Perform inventory checks and assist with resolving logistical bottlenecks.
Shipper
- Prepare, package, label, and stage outbound shipments securely.
- Load and unload materials safely using standard shipping equipment.
- Verify shipping documents and orders for accuracy before dispatch.
Assembly
- Perform hands-on assembly of components following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Inspect finished products for defects or quality issues.
- Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, machine shop, assembly, or warehouse/shipping environments is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and good attendance.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift materials standard to manufacturing and warehouse work.
- Ability to pass standard pre-employment screening processes.
Pay: $19.83 - $23.34 per hour
