As a Line Cook at The Crossing Restaurant LC, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding dining experience to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and cooking menu items to perfection, following recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensuring all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Assisting with kitchen prep work, such as chopping ingredients and setting up workstations.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Monitoring food inventory and communicating any shortages to the kitchen manager.
- Adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
To be successful in this role, we’re looking for someone who brings:
